Receptionist
Location: Folsom, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist to support daily front office operations in our Folsom location. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, requiring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
* Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized reception space
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room coordination, and general office support
* Perform data entry, filing, and administrative tasks as needed
* Provide support to staff and management for daily operational needs
Required Experience and Skills
* 1-2 years receptionist or front desk administrator experience required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable answering multi-line phones and handling a steady flow of visitors
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
* Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
